Abstract

1) Bristol: Mrs. Swann thanked Mr. McLaren for his speech. Mrs. Ralph spoke a few words about real and fake friends in the question of women's suffrage. 2) Norwood: Mrs. Bamford Slack gave a speech on women's work at the meeting of the Norwood's Women's Liberal Association. Miss M. Martin Leake gave an address on organisation. 3) West Bromwich: At a meeting of the Women's Liberal Association, Laura Ormiston Chant gave a lecture on women's suffrage.
