Abstract

Short addresses were given by Lady Frances Balfour, Mrs. Ashworth Hallett, and Mrs. Garrett Anderson, M.D. Mrs. Fawcett thanked the chairman. Lady Frances Balfour spoke about the recent setback in the struggle for women's suffrage. Mrs. Garrett Anderson and Mrs. Ashworth Hallett gave "excellent and inspiriting speeches."
