Abstract
Women's Progressive Society: At the annual meeting of the Women's Progressive Society, Miss Florence Bourne "opened the proceedings with an able and effective speech". Mrs. Grenfell read the report that showed how much progress the Society had made. The President, Mrs. Warner Snoad, spoke about the foreign and colonial aspects of the Society. Mrs. Massingberd "followed with a lively and characteristic speech".
