Abstract

Llanfrechfa Habitation: Mrs. Mitchell, secretary of this Habitation, gave an address on the extension of the franchise to women. She pointed out the absurdity of the fact that a woman held the highest office in the state (the Queen), but her fellow women were not even allowed parliamentary franchise.
