Abstract
1) Leicester: At a meeting of the Women's Liberal Association, Miss Gittens, the chairwoman, gave an address. Miss Harrison spoke on trade unionism among women, Miss Collet about the Poor-law, past and present, and Miss F.E. Fullgar described the work of Poor Law Guardians. 2) Liverpool: At a meeting of the new Women's Association, Mrs. J. Lamport Eills, the president, gave a short address. Mrs E. Stewart Brown read a paper on the rules of the Association.
