1) Tyndale Lodge: At a meeting in London, Laura Ormiston Chant said that since women had a significant share in "the moulding of the race," they should be allowed to take a greater part in public life. Mrs. Chant also spoke in favour of female enfranchisement. 2) Birmingham Liberal Association: Mrs. Osler spoke the opening remarks and later again addressed the meeting, speaking about the current state of the Association four years after it was founded. Miss Southall read the annual report of the Association. 3) Brighton: At a meeting in Brighton in memory of Lady Sandhurst, Leonora Wynford Philipps gave an address on "The Political Duties of Women." 4) The Power of the Vote: At a suffrage meeting in Leeds, Miss Isabella Ford spoke in favour of female enfranchisment.
