Abstract

1) Hornsey: At a meeting in Hornsey, Mrs. Benjamin Clarke and Miss Ada Heather Bigg gave addresses. Mrs. Clarke spoke about a Bill regulating the hours women work. Ada Heather Bigg spoke about some issues concerning the same Bill. 2) Birkenhead: At a meeting of the Women's Liberal Association, Mrs. E. Stewart Brown gave an address on "The Aims and Objects of Women's Liberal Associations." 3) Croydon: At a meeting of the Croydon Women's Liberal Association, Mrs. Grimwade, the President, spoke the opening remarks. Miss Malleson gave an address in favour of women's suffrage.
