Abstract

1) Hull: At a meeting of the Hull Women's Liberal Association, Laura Ormiston Chant gave a lecture titled �The March of Politics� in favour of female enfranchisement. 2) Idle, near Bradford: At a meeting of the Women's Liberal Association, Mrs. Sheldon Amos gave an address on women's suffrage. 3) Wolverhampton: At a suffrage meeting in Wolverhampton, Mrs. Osler spoke the opening remarks. She mentioned the Women's Suffrage Bill now before Parliament. Mrs. Sheldon Amos gave an address in which she said young girls should be educated to be political. She also spoke in favour of women sharing responsibility in the government of the country.
