1) Brixton: At a meeting of the Brixton Liberal Association, Mrs. Henry Harris delivered a lecture on "The Emancipation of Women." She spoke in favour of female enfranchisement. 2) Llanelly: At a Committee meeting, Miss Bessie Thomas read a paper on women's suffrage. 3) Stroud: Lady Carlisle addressed a meeting of the Stroud Women's Liberal Association. She spoke about women's work in politics. Mrs Swann gave a speech on the Irish question. 4) Finedon: At a meeting of the North Hants Women's Liberal Association, Mrs. E. O. Fordham gave an address on "Village Questions and the necessity of Home Rule for the Villagers." She also gave an account of the annual Council meeting of the Women's Liberal Federation last week in London. 5) North Islington: At a meeting of the North London Women's Liberal Union, Mrs. Bryant, D.Sc., gave an address on the upcoming general elections. 6) Meadows Ward: At a meeting of the Meadows Ward Women's Liberal Association, Mrs. Hickling presented the annual report.
