Abstract
The Countess of Carlisle gave an address in support of Mr. Leif Jones, the candidate for Westminster. She spoke about the way poor people were treated and listed some of her ideas on how the situation of the poor in the country could be improved. The Countess also said she hoped women "would rouse themselves to action."
