Abstract

At a meeting of the Executive Committee, the minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed. Lady Trevelyan read a letter from Lady Aberdeen. Mrs. Broadley Reid read a resolution and a letter from Mrs Samson. A letter was read from Miss Bairdsmith, resigning the post of Hon.Sec. to the Hospitality Committee. A letter was read from Lady Henry Somerset, requesting that another convener be appointed for the Temperance Committee. Some more letters were read. Moral Reform Union: At a meeting of the Moral Reform Union, the principal speakers were Miss Conybeare and Miss Helen Taylor.
