Abstract

"Mrs. May Wrigt-Sewell recently delivered a lecture in Paris on the Woman's Congress to be held in connection with the Chicago World's Fair. [...] Mrs. Wright-Sewell said that the beautiful device, 'Liberty, Equality, Fraternity,' had hitherto been acted upon only by men, and for their own advantage. 'But women also [...] have common claim to these valuable rights, and in the near future they will obtain them.'"
