1) Education of Women in Wales: Frances Hoggan speaks before the "Departmental Committee on Higher and Intermediate Education in Wales." Her statement is reproduced in paraphrase. 2) Head Schoolmistresses' Association for Ulster: At a conference, Isabella Tod and other women speak. 3) Temperance Mission at Hastings - Women's Conference: The president Mrs. Law and three other women give addresses. They are paraphrased and summarised, respectively. 4) Guardians of the Poor: Announces addresses to be given by two women at a meeting in Clifton. 5) The Bread Reform League: At a conference on the subject, Miss Yates gives the opening address, which is reproduced in paraphrase.
