Abstract

At a conference of the Women's Emancipation Union in Birmingham, Mrs. Rollason spoke about the advantages of education for women. Lady Florence Dixie read a paper on "Women's Position - Social, Physical and Political." Mrs. Mona Caird read a paper on "Why Women want the Franchise."
