Abstract

1) Antony: Miss Alison Garland gave a short address. 2) Bromwich (West): Miss Agnes concluded the meeting with an address. 3) Cambridge: Mrs. Young presented the treasurer's report. Mrs. Tillyard read the annual report. Mrs. Bateson explained the objects and the work of the Midland Union. 4) Cheadle and Gately: Mrs. John Winbolt gave an address. Mrs. C. Moss gave an address in which she showed in how many departments of politics women's work was needed. 5) Jarrow: Miss Moffat gave an address on women's influence in social questions. 6) Nottingham (West): Mrs. Cowen delivered a lecture on "Zululand and the Zulus." 7) Plymouth: Miss Latimer gave a brief description of the past work and future plans of the local Association. Miss Alison Garland also spoke. 8) Walker: Mrs. Pease spoke about current political topics that were of interest to women. Mrs. Spence gave an address on temperance.
