Abstract

During the annual conference of the Women's Liberal Federation at Liverpool, several women, including Agnes Maitland, Leonora Wynford Phillips, Florence Balgarnie, and the Countess of Carlisle speak on registration and poor-law reform, the franchise, and women's inspection work. Several contributions are quoted or pharaphrased.
