Also announces a speech by the Countess Alice Kearney at a future meeting. 2) Bethnal Green: Mrs. Charles Mallet gives "a speech greeted with hearty applause." 3) Burton-on-the-Water: "Mrs. Swann of Bristol was the chief speaker." 4) Cardiff: "An admirable address was given by Mrs. Swann of Bristol." 5) Chatham: "Countess Alice Kearney [...] delivered a most interesting and instructive address on 'The Laws affecting Women and Children.'" 6) Dulwich: Mrs. Gauntlett and Miss Brown [...] were the chief speakers." 7) East Islington: Mrs. McIlquham "gave an interesting address on 'Women as Poor Law Guardians.'"
