Abstract

Several women (Miss Wigham, Mrs. McLaren, Miss Flora Stevenson, Miss Mair, Miss Lees, Miss Louisa Stevenson, Mrs. Gillies, Miss Dora Foster, Mrs. Miller Morison) addressed the participants of the annual meeting of the Edinburgh National Society at Newington House, speaking about various topics, including women's suffrage, temperance and current politics.
