1) Announces a lecture by Millicent Fawcett on "University Education for Women in England" at the summer assembly of the National Home Reading Union. Inlcudes information on ticket pricing. 2) Cites a passage from the New York World that reports a meeting of the Chicago Board of Women Managers, at which all speakers cried; compares it with a second, contradictory passage from the same paper, concluding that the World is unrelilable. 3) Upon the conclusion of the construction process of the Chicago Women's Building, Lady Aberdeen and Mrs. Bedford Fenwick speak.
