Abstract
At the eighth annual meeting of the National Vigilance Association at the South Kensington residence of Mr. and Mrs. Morrison, "Mrs. Fawcett argued that because the work of the Association from its foundation was so distasteful an repulsive to all, and especially to women, for that very reason all moral women should come forward and undertake their share of the necessary work."
