Abstract
At the first annual meeting of the Liberal and Radical Association of Lambeth, Emma Cons, the founder of this Association, explained the objects of this group, before Mrs. Mallet addressed the meeting on "the fatal dangers unnecessarily connected with many of our great industries," and Miss Conybeare spoke about the political aspects of the temperance question.
