1) At a Liberal meeting at the Masonic Hall at Haverfordwest, Miss Allen, Miss Thomas and other addressed the meeting. 2) "Miss Evans delivered a lecture against vivisection, under the auspices of the Tavistock Women's Liberal Association." 3) "At a meeting of the Women's Liberal Association in Morriston, South Wales, Mrs. McLaren delivered an address, referring to the work of the Session of Parliament, and to women's work in the sphere of politics. Miss Kate Jenkins also spoke." 4) "Mrs. Eva McLaren delivered a lecture on 'Women's Rights' last week, in the English Congregational Chapel in Maesteg. At the close of the meeting a Women's Liberal Association was formed, with Miss Katie Williams as secretary." 5) Countess Alice Kearney, Miss Carr and Mrs. Scoffield spoke at a meeting of the Grantham Women's Liberal Association. 6) Miss Brabrook spoke at a meeting of Liberal women in Loftus in favour of forming a local branch of the Women's Liberal Association. 7) "Miss Garland, from the Women's Liberal Federation, addressed the Henley Association on the various ways in which women could now participate in politics."
