Abstract

Short article about the ratification of women's suffrage constitutional amendment in Colorado, mentioning how Mrs. Carrie Lane Chapman had made an important contribution to securing the victory by giving an extensive series of addresses and public lectures during the six weeks leading up to the vote with "unselfish energy, eloquence, and organising ability."
