Abstract
1) Florence Fenwick Miller gives an address on "The Progress of Women under Queen Victoria" at a meeting of the W. L. A. Mrs. James Stuart, who presides at the meeting, comments of Fenwick Miller's work. 2) Mrs. Jacob Bright speaks on the purpose of Women's Liberal Associations at a meeting. 3) Report on a carriage accident that Leonora Wynford Philipps and Eva McLaren were invovled in, and after and in spite of which Philipps proceeded on her way to give a public speech.
