Mentions that some lectures are illustrated with lantern slides, and that "[s]everal gentlemen have also placed their services at the disposal of the Bureau to speak on the medical, legislative, and other phases." 4) Literature Department: Lists publications by members of the Association, including "Lady Henry Somerset's Presidential Address to the Recent Council of the B.
