Abstract

1) At the annual meeting of the Perth Women's Temperance Society, several reports were read by ladies, and an address on Temperance work was delivered by Mrs. Brain Castle. 2) The Paisley Women's Liberal Association held a meeting in the Liberal Club Hall. Miss Waddell gave an address on "Women's Interest in Politics", and referred especially to the employment of women in shops and factories.
