Abstract

Account of the World's W. C. T. U. Convention focusing mainly on appointments of superintendents of the Union's various departments. Includes a brief section onf the Woman's Lecture Bureau and its new superintendent, Mrs. H. J. Osborn, one of whose "specialties" it is "to arrange lantern lecutres with slides for women who will go out into the local branches, and by means of these illustrated talks will convey a vast deal of information about our work and workers."
