Abstract

Report on the Conference that summarises and describes the speeches given. The female speakers named are Mrs. Lindsay, giving "a clear and telling account of the formation of the Council," Lady Henry Somerset, speaking on social and political reform and the economics of women's work, and Lady Helen Munro Ferguson, on protesting for better working conditions in shops.
