Abstract

Report about Mrs. Wynford Philipps, which gives biographical information as well as details of her speaking career. It is mentioned that she received elocution classes in earlier years and took part in theatrical performances, before she set out to deliver addresses to promote Female Suffrage, Women's Unions, and education for women.
