Abstract

Several women spoke at the Women's Congress at Brussels, which was convened by the 'Belgian League for the Rights of Women. The report criticises that also men, who originally had not been invited as speakers, were granted the right to deliver an address, and even exceeded their time limits by far, without receiving any sort of censure from the lady president.
