Abstract

At the Bristol Conference of Women Workers, Mrs. Pease gave the welcoming address. Mary Paley read a paper on "Friendly Societies". Miss Hubbard gave an address on "Paying Occupantions for Educated Women". Miss Caulder gave an address on "training women in domestic science". Miss Isabella Ford read a paper on "Industrial Conditions affecting Women of the Working Classes". Mrs. Fawcett spoke on women's rights. Mary Barton gave "a stirring speech".
