Abstract

1) "Miss Annie B. Marland, Organising Secretary of the Women's Trades Union League, London, addressed two open-air meetings in Arbroath the other day, when she spoke of the benefits of organisation amongst workers." 2) Laura Ormiston Chant speaks in Glasgow. She makes comments on the negative reception of her petitioning for "the purity of entertainments." Mentions another meeting that Chant spoke at.
