Abstract

1) Hull Women's Liberal Association: At a meeting of the Association, Leonora Wynford Philipps "dealt exhaustively with the subjects of Free and Technical education." 2) Hyde: At a tea meeting of the Hyde Women's Liberal Association, Mrs. Moss gave a short address. 3) The Hornsey Women's Liberal Association: At the annual meeting of the Hornsey Women's Liberal Association, Miss Hill spoke the opening remarks. She urged all women present to study political questions. Miss Hindley read the annual report. Miss Fraser-Black read the treasurer's report. Mrs. Mallet delivered an address on the "Duties of Citizenship." She went into detail about the ancient ideal of citizenship and also explained what the term meant now. She then urged the women present to study these questions for themselves.
