Conversazione at the Insitute of Water Colours: Mrs. Russell Cooke and Millicent Fawcett speak at a conversazione organised by the Central National Society for Woman's Suffrage and the National Society for Woman's Suffrage. The article also lists other recent drawing-room meetings on women's suffrage. Frances Willard speaks at one of them, and Mrs. Russell Cooke and Leonora Wynford Philips makes responses to arguments against enfranchisement.
