Abstract
Traces Mrs. Headlam's argumentation for female suffrage in an address to the Penge and Upper Norwood Conservative Association. The article mentions her quoting from speeches by Conservative politicians, and calls the address "admirable in every way, delivered with an earnestness and enthusiasm which did not fail to make an impression on the audience." Closes by quoting a resolution moved by Eva McLaren.
