1) Suffrage: Emily Sturge reads a paper by the Countess of Portsmouth, Lydia Becker speaks on "Twenty Years of the Women's Suffrage Movement," and Miss Priestman on "Women's Suffrage Societies." A paraphrased excerpt from an address by Isabella Tod, given at a meeting of the North of Ireland Women's Suffrage Society, is included. "On January 4th, Miss Balgairne [sic, presumably Florence Balgarnie] opened a debate on Women's Suffrage at the South Cliff Schoolroom, Scarborough." Chorley: Lydia Becker lectures on "the claim of Women to the Suffrage." Announces a lecture by Millicent Fawcett. 2) Presentation to Miss Eliza Wigham: On the occasion of presenting Wigham with tokens of appreciation, Mrs. McLaren reads an address, which is reproduced. 3) The Primrose League - Croydon: At a meeting in Croydon, Miss Florence Hunt speaks on female suffrage. Hendre: The secretary of the habitation reads a letter concerning the bestowing of the title of "Dame of the Order of Merit" on a member. 4) Sheffield Women's Liberal Association: At a meeting of the Association, Mrs. H. J. Wilson speaks on its history and purpose. 5) Miscellaneous - Cambridge: At meetings of the "Ladies' Discussion Society [...], papers were read on the 'Boarding out of Pauper Children,' by Miss Mason and Miss Clifford [and] on 'Emigration' [...] by the Hon. Mrs. Joyce and Mr. Walter Browne."
