Abstract

At the annual meeting of the Guild of the Unrepresented, held at Southport Town Hall, Mrs. Charles Mallet seconded a motion urgining government to extent the franchise to women, wherefore a necessary first step into the right direction would be to change the wording of legal documents from 'men' to 'persons.'
