Abstract

"Mrs. Dale was recently visiting the Colony with her husband [...] and about 400 ladies assembled to hear an address form her on Sanitation. Mrs. Dale described the working of the [Ladies' Sanitary Association] which is doing so well in Birmingham, and at a subsequent drawing-room meeting entered into details."
