Abstract

1) A Laundry Women's Union: The secretary speaks at the inaugural meeting. 2) "Mrs. Bryant, D. Sc., will preside at a meeting of the Women's Liberal Association [...], when Miss Orme will lecture on 'Married Women's Property.'" 3) "Mrs. Bedford Fenwick's paper on 'The Matron,' read before the British Nurses' Association, is reprinted by The Nursing Record." 4) "Mrs. Alexander Ireland's lectures in the hall of the Schiller Anstalt Manchester, are on 'Robert Browning, Poet and Teacher.'" 5) "Mrs. Husdon Taylor gave and address before the Young Women's Christian Association at Hampstead." 5) "Miss Edroff, of the London Organ School, gave a recital."
