Abstract

1) "Nurses are proving themselves very effective lecturers." Several examples are given. 2) Miss Agnes E. Weston addresses a temperance meeting. 3) Female speakers announced for a drawing-room meeting on women's suffrage. 4) "Miss Edith Abney Walker and Miss Helen Edith Green will begin a course of six lectures on Christian Science." 5) "Miss Frances Power Cobbe's address on Vivisection, delivered at the Victoria Rooms, Clifton, has been printed as a pamphlet." 6) "Miss Allen and Mlle. Didier are recommencing their lectures to ladies at Queen's Gate Hall, Kensington."
