Abstract

Two women speak at a drawing-room meeting on women's suffrage. Harriot Stanton Blatch addresses the "physical force argument," and Leonora Wynford Phillips proposes a petition to Parliament and argues that the vote would not constitute an additional duty to women, but a help in performing existing ones.
