Abstract

A correspondent (Charlotte Stopes) describes her experiences at the Paris Congress, criticising what she considers its amateurish management and organisation, and lamenting that the speaker before her (Popelin) exceeded her time, which caused Stopes to read a shortened paper on Rational Dress, as opposed to "The Higher Education of Women in Scotland," a topic she considers both important and neglected at the Congress. She approves of resolutions passed, and the fact that there were "too many papers."
