Abstract

1) Roundell Habitation: "Mrs. Charles Sidgwick presided at a numerously attended meeting held to consider what steps the Habitation should take with respect to the forthcoming demonstration of the West Riding Unionists at Denton Park." 2) Milner Habitation: "[A] meeting was held, at which Miss Milner, the ruling Councillor, presided, and [...] Miss Wombwell distributed a number of honours to the members, after which Sir Joseph Terry and Miss Millner spoke at some length."
