Abstract

Mrs. Hart has "addressed audiences of a thousand or more Irish peasants." "Art had been pursued by Mrs. Hart with more than the interest of an amateur; herself and ex-student at South Kensington, she frequently addresses learners. A few months ago she presented the prizes at the Croydon School of Art and gave an eloquent address." Ends with a quote from the address.
