Abstract

After the South Kensington Women's Liberal Association's last year's report was read by Mrs. M.L. Reid at the Annual Meeting of the Association at Kensington Town Hall, Mrs. Charles McLaren raised the issue of the London Reform, criticising previous ways in which the local government had tried to deal with the current problems.
