Abstract

1) Miss Frances Latimer comments on female suffrage at the Devonport Liberal Club. 2) "A large number of ladies attended the discussion on Women's Suffrage at the National Liberal Club last week. Mrs. Fenwick Miller, Mrs. Ashton Dilke, and Mrs. Scatcherd were among the speakers." 3) "No ladies listened to the West End Scandal Debate in the House of Commons; on hearing of the subject under discussion, they immediately retired."
