Abstract

"The meeting [of the Beaconsfield Habitation] was addressed by Miss Millner, R.C. of the Milner Habitation, York. She dwelt strongly on the educational, social, and, above all on the religious aspects of the League [...]. She urged the members to read and act up to the solemn work they accepted and pledged themselves to perform when they signed the declaration."
