1) Suffrage: An extensive report on meetings to discuss women's suffrage that mentions several female speakers. On few occasions summaries are included. 2) Announces the lecture program of the North London Ladies' Educational Association. 3) Medical Education - London: "A course of lectures to ladies on obstetric science is being given at the Polytechnic College, Regent Street, by Professor E. W. Murphy." Female Medical Society: Includes a long excerpt from an address by Dr. Elizabeth Abbott Carleton on medical education in the United States. 4) Education of Women: Emily Davies's description of Girton College given at a meeting of the "National Union for Improving the Education of Women of all classes" is reproduced, as are remarks by Mrs. William Grey. 5) Yorkshire Board of Education: The speech given by Mrs. C. M. Buckton at a "conference of ladies" on her experiences as a lecturer is printed. 6) Bacup - Lydia Becker distributes prizes at the Bacup Mechanics' Institute and gives a speech on female education, of which an abridged version is inlcuded.
