Abstract
1) The Dowager Lady Stanley's House: Several women speak in favour of Liberal Unionism at the meeting. Millicent Fawcett's address is briefly reproduced. 2) St. George's Hall: "Mrs. Ashworth Hallett disagreed with Lord Hartington as to Women's Suffrage, and made a very lively speech," which is paraphrased and briefly quoted.
