Abstract

"The annual meeting was addressed amongst others by Mrs. Ahok, the first Chinese Christian lady who has visited Europe. She is the wife of a Chinese mandarin, and has spoken on various occasions, her words being interpreted for her. Her speech was a pathetic appeal on behalf of her sisters in China."
